Beautiful new Memory Care Assisted Living Community looking for positive, caring Life Engagement Specialist as we grow our family!
The Life Engagement Specialist is responsible for activities of the community recreational services and is part of a team that strives to care for and support our residents and families in the same manner they would care for their own loved ones.
The Life Engagement Specialist will assist in the social and recreational needs of each resident and help to create a fun and innovative recreational program for our residents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of disease process, the changes that occur and how that affects an individual's ability to function, and the adaptive strategies that will maintain a resident's abilities.
- Must be energetic, outgoing and dedicated to serve seniors with passion and excellent customer service. Flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
